Draper Lake

Draper Lake Coastal Village is a recorded platted subdivision situated along County Highway 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach. This is a 28± net acre, 95 lot gated community that spans 2 peninsulas that also has 12± acres of lake dunes located on the northwest bank of Draper Lake along the south side of Co Hwy 30A and in Santa Rosa Beach, Walton County, Florida.

Draper Lake Coastal Village is owned by Draper Lake LLC, who purchased 3 tracts of property on the north and south side of Co Hwy 30A surrounding the Draper Lake in three take downs April through June of 2003. Each purchase was from individual sellers and the total Draper Lake II purchase price for the three tracts was $9,425,000. DuanyPlater-Zyber & Co are award-winning international developers who have designed over 300 projects globally including: Alys Beach, the South Walton Future land Use Plan, Seaside, Huckleberry Creek ( in Panama City Beach) and Rosemary Beach, within the South Walton area.

Draper Lake III Draper Lake LLC immediately started selling lots in the new development and the 3 tracts were officially recorded as a new subdivision in July 2005. Like many of the projects along Co Hwy 30A, this project was designed as a luxury retreat that is in harmony with it’s natural surrounding and includes such project amenities as: 2 community pools with shower facilities, bridges to interconnect the two peninsulas, parks and natural trails, an observation tower and two boathouses along the lake.
