Draper Lake Coastal Village is owned by Draper Lake LLC, who purchased 3 tracts of property on the north and south side of Co Hwy 30A surrounding the Draper Lake in three take downs April through June of 2003. Each purchase was from individual sellers and the total Draper Lake II purchase price for the three tracts was $9,425,000. Draper Lake III Draper Lake LLC immediately started selling lots in the new development and the 3 tracts were officially recorded as a new subdivision in July 2005.
