The project includes a 220± acre coastal dune lake and lies adjacent to Grayton Beach State Recreation Area. The Neighborhoods” incorporates 12 communities and lies at the heart of WaterColor on the north and south sides of CR 30-A, just west of Seaside in eastern Walton County, Florida. Town Center’s master plan includes retail shops, civic buildings and multi-family residences that lie conveniently near the project’s beach club, the Gulf, Western Lake – a coastal dune lake; nature trails, Cerulean Park and the Camp Creek Golf Club. Access to Watercolor is via Co. Hwy 30-A and Co. Hwy 395.
