But after the sale closed, she wouldn’t respond to my texts or emails. Why was I trying to get hold of her? Because she left our lot in Pending status for 10 days. You must change it to Sold.

Why was she not responding? She left her broker. Oh, so… because you leave your broker for another broker, you don’t believe in service after the sale? Or being an honorable professional? So now you just don’t give a damn right? It left a bad taste in my mouth but frankly, I’m not surprised. Most Realtors are like that. Focused on getting deal done, making a commission, act like they’ve known you forever, rah rah, kissy kissy, lovey lovey, get your $$$, then bye bye baby! Fake. I call these shooting stars.
