Because she has a special needs brother. This motivated her to work with Special Olympics and March of Dimes.Jennifer is also strong supporter of Alaqua Animal Rescue, a no kill shelter. Married with four children, six Chihuahuas and three cats, there is never a dull moment!

Susan Daly is Jennifer’s Mom. Susan is a Community Association Manager (CAM) and now manages our property management company, Mims Property Management, LLC.
Susan recently retired from retail giant TJ Maxx and moved to Florida from Ohio. Susan spent the biggest part of her career in Retail Management 13 of the last 20 years.
As store manager, Susan was responsible for the hiring and training of a team of 40-60 employees. In addition, her responsibilities included company asset protection, store operations – including yearly budgets, inventory, and compliance. Susan ran an efficient and effective retail operation. That is her expertise.
Susan enjoyed remarkable success at TJ Maxx. By example, Susan earned the distinction of being Presidents club winner for 2 consecutive years. This award recognized only the top performers in the company. The award is earned by exceeding all company initiatives, including sales, as well as community involvement, human resources, employee retention, low shrink numbers and most importantly, Customer Service.
We are very excited that Susan is working with us! Her major attributes include work ethic, Federal and State compliance reporting, accounting, budget, customer service, and attention to detail. That’s’ why Susan is a perfect fit for our property management division. Besides being Jennifer’s mom!

Susan was born and raised in California. For the most recent 12 years she has been in the Ohio/West Virginia area working for TJ Maxx. Susan has been married to Butch for 22 years. Together they have six children, 10 Grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

I am married to Jennifer P. Anthony-Mims. I have no clue why she has a hyphen in her name but it looks cool. We have seven Chihuahuas and four cats, all but one are rescues. Our pets are part of our family and we love them dearly. Oh, almost forgot, we also have four children! All of which have left the nest! Life is good.

I’m an SRA Designated member of the Appraisal Institute. We have 25,000 members across 60 countries. I’ve served four years on the national Admissions and Designation Qualifications Committee (ADQC) for the Appraisal Institute (AI). I am 2013 Vice-Chair of ADQC.

Previously I served as Vice-President of the AI NW Florida Chapter and Region X Representative. I also served three years on Emerald Coast Association of Realtor’s MLS rules committee.
