#1 – Kitchen with warming Drawer

Five other features missed the top-10 list by a very slim margin and deserve honorable mention: His & Her baths, a laundry chute, an outdoor fireplace, sensor-operated faucets, and a media room.

Cool survey. I’m surprised pools didn’t make the list. Game rooms and warming drawer? I’m a simple man. Give me a recliner and a remote and a huge honking big screen TV and Big Daddy is a happy camper!
