Sadly, the Bay County Association of Realtors (BCAR), pretty much a poorly run train wreck for the past five or so years, has combined ALL the MLS central Panama City sub areas into one large MLS area. No natural or manmade neighborhood boundaries. No school zone delineations. As a result, data will be skewed. Oh well. Like Reagan said,
