Biggest surprise? The staggering increase in the number of sales. In 2014 there were 271 sales. In 2015 there were 360 sales. I’ve never seen a YOY increase in sales like that. Why? A space oddity. Sorry, can’t give it all away for free.
It will take you between 6-9 months to sell your condo on average. Likely sell 4% less than list price. Supply and demand are in balance. I expect 2016 to be a good year for Miramar Beach condominiums.
