Because no way a 19% per annum increase is sustainable infinitum. The DOM has increased. The SLP has decreased. Supply has increased. These are all signs that the Watercolor market is cooling off.

Owners, get it while you can – only if you are moving out of the area. Buyers: Wait. Unless you don’t mind paying top dollar.
