I haven’t appraised in Crestview in quite some time. I heard there were a LOT of foreclosures.

I’m not really optimistic on Crestview. Values have steadily declined the past 5 years. But there is an under supply. Maybe poised for comeback. If you can get a house or townhome less than $75,000, you can rent it for $900 per month or higher. But what happens when the rental market softens?
