Murder and Disease. Disclose or No?
Is a Florida Realtor required to disclose that a murder took place in the house you are considering purchasing? No. How about a deadly disease? Nope. However, a Realtor is required to deal honestly. So if you ask, an agent must tell you the truth. At least in theory. So if those sorts of things ...

So if those sorts of things concern you, then ask.
