Featured on the “Today Show” and “Good Morning America”, Watercolor is a 499± acre; master planned coastal resort and residential community planned for 1,140 home sites and multi-family residences developed by St. Joe. It features water, sewer, electricity, gas, sidewalks, street lights and nature paths.

The project includes a 220± acre coastal dune lake and lies adjacent to Grayton Beach State Recreation Area. Amenities include: membership in Camp Creek Golf Course, tennis center, neighborhood parks, walking trail, beach club, WaterColor Inn, 50% devoted to open space and preservation areas, outdoor 250 seat amphitheater, office and retail space, bike trails and other features.

The Neighborhoods” incorporates 12 communities and lies at the heart of WaterColor on the north and south sides of CR 30-A, just west of Seaside in eastern Walton County, Florida. Town Center’s master plan includes retail shops, civic buildings and multi-family residences that lie conveniently near the project’s beach club, the Gulf, Western Lake – a coastal dune lake; nature trails, Cerulean Park and the Camp Creek Golf Club. Access to Watercolor is via Co. Hwy 30-A and Co. Hwy 395.
