Rosemary Beach, which is a master planned PUD located between Panama City Beach to the east and Destin to the west, in the easternmost section of Walton County, FL. The project is at the eastern end of Scenic Route 30-A, an 18 +/- two-lane roadway that runs along the coast in Santa Rosa Beach.

Rosemary Beach is a 107± acre tract, was established in 1995 as Rosemary Beach. It was designed by renowned planners and architects, Andres Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk, who have become known for their neo-traditional urban beach town design. The subject development has a portion known as the “park” side situated north of Co. Hwy 30-A and the beach side which is the portion of Rosemary Beach that is situated on the seaward side of Co. Hwy 30-A.
The master plan includes architectural styles from the West Indies, St. Augustine, New Orleans and Charleston. It is designed to be an all-inclusive, urban beach plan with smaller scale neighborhoods and courtyards balanced with interior pedestrian paths that lead to the public square, plazas, parks, and recreational amenities including: tennis court, pools and the beach.
