The Preserve

The Preserve is located east of Thomas Drive in an area known as Bay Point. The Preserve is an intimate gated (guard) community located on St. Andrew Bay. Access to the subject subdivision is via Magnolia Beach Road. Located off this road and south of the subject property, is Bay Point Resort.
