Pinnacle Port Condominiums

Pinnacle Port is a very popular rental project situated on the Gulf of Mexico at the far west end of Bay County. The project is a gated community with a 24-hour guard. The entrance is shared with Carillon Beach, a premium PUD featuring live/work mixed use area and mainly detached single-family residences.

Pinnacle Port is a Gulf front planned community which started with the construction of six Mid Rise buildings in 1976 and the Tower in 1978. The Tower consists of six floors with 40 units on each floor, for a total of 240 condos. Each of the Midrise buildings consists of seven floors for a total of 168 condos.

Pinnacle Port features good amenities and has long been a popular destination for tourists. Most of the owners in pinnacle Port have owned their units for a long time. It offers access to both the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell, one of the rare coastal dune lakes reportedly found nowhere else in the world.
