Regatta Bay

The gated Regatta Bay community is situated north of Highway 98 along the Choctawhatchee Bay in Destin. It comprises nearly 120 acres of protected, pristine woodlands and 28 acres of lakes.Regatta Bay is certified from Audubon International as a member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System. Amenities include a championship 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, amenity center with pool and playground, and a 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a luxury restaurant. Neighborhood amenities are very good and convenient with close access to the popular Destin Commons featuring upscale shopping, dining and a 14-screen movie theater.
