Kelly Plantation

Kelly Plantation is a world class family oriented Golf and waterfront community. The development is situated between Mid-bay Road to the east and Indian Bayou to the west. The site for Kelly Plantation was purchased by Mattie Kelly and her husband in the 1930’s where they established a turpentine farm.The farm operated for 40 years when in 1991 a master plan for the site was developed. The project features detached single-family residences in 8 different pods with a three building Bay front condominium development called One Water Place.
